I get the sentiment, but it makes me question why are they actively trying to
downplay the ACC and Big XII if they want everyone convinced that this new league with all of those teams would be great. It wouldn’t surprise me if they wanted to stop at the ~40 or so teams they currently have and would target to add (B1G adds 2 and SEC adds 4).
