OSU’s top 3 (Brian Musau, Denis Kipngetich, Victor Sh!tsama) will likely be in the top 12.
Laban Kipkemboi is a big question mark. He could be top 15 or top 40. Laban was only 19th at Big12s (7 BYU guys ahead of him) but came back and got 2nd overall in the Midwest Regional last week.
Faouad Messaoudi got 32nd at Big12s and did not run at Regionals. Would be a shocker, though not impossible, that he emerges in OSU’s top five.
Adisu Guadia seems like the likely #5. Hasn’t run a ton of races, so he is a bit of a wildcard.
