either. One of my neighbors called up a local company and asked them if they'd be interested in installing Internet in our neighborhood so that we could get away from Spectrum. They did install it, lots of us switched to them, and it's been great. Faster, more reliable internet, better customer service, and I pay the same.

I get calls all the time from Spectrum trying to sign me up again and they always seem shocked when I tell them that the new provider has better internet and better customer service and that I have no intention of ever going back to Spectrum no matter how good of a sign-up deal they offer.
