California created the problem by regulating the insurance companies. The insurance companies said screw that and left…Now California gets to come in and act like they are saving all the home owners from the big bad insurance companies that left by offering the FAIR PLAN.

Create the problem then become the solution. They have fleeced the ignorant masses.
