won’t change. And you are right there would have to be something like you mentioned of a punter being identified. I’m ok with a punter faking the punt and throwing the ball but if the QB is going to do it the offense just doesn’t get the benefit of the live ball after a touch. They can still get the benefit of surprise and not having a returner back there.
