The discount airlines need to fix their model
They make the experience so bad that I think people are sick of it.
Seriously, flying Spirit, Frontier, and Allegient makes you feel subhuman sometimes. Customer service is horrific, they nickle and dime you, they get lost in the minutiae of rules and chicken yewt. They are exhausting to deal with.
