I entered the rabbit hole with Bigger, Faster, Stronger. I started reading studies after this and started taking online
nutrition classes after that. I then started experimenting on my body and testing blood sugar, ketosis levels, monitoring energy levels, and keeping a very strict diet journal. I am not a dietitian but I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on how certain foods and timing are the base of a healthy body.
