We love Norbest Sweetheart turkey roasts. They're super easy to cook, moist, tender and no waste. Only downside is that
they're a bit pricey compared to a regular turkey. Worth it IMO.
Next best, IMO, is using a oven bag and a meat thermometer to not over cook.
