Part of this carries over from our Independence days. We signed a long term contract with ESPN. We are actually a pretty big draw on the network. We are getting half a dozen games broadcast on the main ESPN channel (Mother Ship). No one else outside the SEC and the BIG10 is getting that much exposure on the Mother Ship. We agreed when the contract was signed that we would play anyone, anywhere at anytime. I believe parts of that contract are still in place. Don't gripe. No other Big12 team is getting the coverage we get except for maybe Colorado this year.
