Here's the Sagarin conference rankings for the past 5 seasons (except 2020 because it was a weird season...2023 is also a best estimate.  I could only find where teams finished in that season, not what he rated them so I used the 2022 ratings for the same-ranked spot.  So it's inaccurate, but the best I could do)

Bottom line, the ACC is absolutley horrendous... but nobody paid that much attention because Clemson was keeping the conference afloat.  The SEC and XII are always the best (though XII has fallen off in the past two) and the B1G is chronically overrated
