This is correct - any new 1st year BIG12 members who were former PAC12 will play in Rose Bowl if BIG12 Champs
Under a contract with CFP and Rose Bowl for this final year. So Colorado, ASU, UofA, Utah

The bowl contracts are still in place this last season. If BYU wins conference they go to Fiesta Bowl. If CO they go🌹
