They have everything but Sub-Zero/Wolf & Thermador/Bosch in what would be considered high-end, so if you are looking for Zub-zero equivalents, that is a good place to look (don't show your wife La Cornue)

You can do virtual appointments with them, but I would suggest using them for research, and then find a local dealer for what you settle on as shipping costs for individual units won't make it worth it if you aren't close.

If you wife likes Sub-Zero/Wolf, I would check out the Viking products.
Miele & Fisher Paykel are also similar and non-middelby brands to consider, but don't get a Miele dishwasher, we see lots of issues with those and they are very difficult to repair.
