I'm guessing the officials didn't see UCF substitute, but our players appeared to believe that they had. Our guys weren't casually strolling on/off the field but it did look like they weren't in any hurry.

When I saw their pace I thought they must be counting on the officials to hold up the snap until they were in place, but that obviously didn't happen (hence the penalty).
