Seriously. As much as I value the things I learned in my engineering classes, technical writing is probably the class

that has had the biggest impact on my career. Knowing how to write clearly and effectively* is an incredibly valuable skill. And among a bunch of fellow engineers, it really sets you apart.

*I mean when writing technical papers--I make no claims about writing posts on CB 🙂
