Intervention Needed
One week. Pro tip. Have someone else control your pain meds. You should never be able to give yourself a pill, you
should set up a system where a trusted gate keeper is in charge. Those pills work wonders, but are very dangerous.
I've had 3 shoulder surgeries. They take forever to get better. Just be patient.
