2) It says that when coming to a set of teams that are tied you have to count win % against the entire set of teams before seeding took place (this is the one that scares me - because K St and ISU and BYU would all be tied I can see them interpreting this that the K St win doesn't count in the ISU/BYU 2-way tiebreaker because the tied-team head-to-head tiebreaker does not apply if all teams didn't play each other)
