They have been making desperate moves this year with poor results.
Utah wanted to get back on track offensively very week and have proven incapable of doing so. Why would it change this week? Maybe some minor improvement.
But the whole knock on Whitt is he doesn't let the offense go rouge. That hasn't changed this year and it is unlikely to change next week.
They don't even know who their QB is going to be. They can't even runa a competent regular offense.
