The easiest thing he could fix that would deliver the best results is the o-line. They have been pretty bad
last year especially since they returned a lot of production. Not sure what is going on with that unit but they should be playing a lot better than they are and it would help them A LOT. They aren't fixing the QB situation within two weeks.
