Either Kansas St or Iowa St will win the 3-way tie based on strength of schedule (all previous 3-way tie-breakers are even between the three). The rules state that once one team gains an advantage (whichever of KSU or ISU ends up with the better conference SOS) they will advance and the remaining 2 teams will refer to the 2-way tie-breaker.
Turns out BYU owns the /-way tie-breaker against both KSU and ISU (H2H for KSU and best conference win when compared against ISU - they will have lost to KSU already to create the original 3-way tie).
The result is BYU as the 2-seed in the CCG.
