Intervention Needed
I'm always curious what looks best on a resume.
My last 2 jobs have been 7 years and 9 years.....both long in my opinion. I hate moving around. I'm just curious if 3 years is bad or not......wonder what the sweet spot is for people that hire

3 is ok. Several under 2 years is concerning. What happens with careers is that
