I wonder if the complexity and vagueness of the NCAA's hoops that need to be jumped through make it nearly guaranteed...
...that they can find something to ding you for if they look hard enough.
I haven't actually seen the requirements, but I'm guessing they haven't done well maintaining clear guidelines in the NIL era.
