I'd like to see fewer 4th down attempts. Not because I'm opposed to going for it on 4th, but because it isn't required.
BYU's 3rd down conversion rate would be a LOT better if they could just execute better on 1st and 2nd.
Yes I'm stating the obvious, but it seems like there have been a lot of 1st down miscues again this year. Not as bad as last year, but that really needs to get cleaned up.

It's fair to criticize BYU's 3rd down conversion rate, but otherwise they have been solid if not stellar.
