We always have loved cousin trips. Either go stay at the cousin's house or in the cousin's city and then explore that
city (or invite them to your city).
Or... if you live in the same city, then get an airbnb together at a fun location. Get a pool, game room etc. The kids love our vacations that involve cousins.
