Sure, Cal makes sense here. Minimal donor base with athletics motives. Same with schools like Illinois and Iowa. SDSU is a wannabe who can't stop their spending habits.

But Texas? Michigan? Oregon? Ohio State? I thought these schools were flush with funds?
