Tailgate group thank you! We are as passionate about BYU sports as any Cougar fans out there! Tom Holmoe & David Almodova and others including Kalani embrace us and that’s made a huge difference. I will point out while several of us do drink at the tailgates there are many welcomed and loyal to our tailgating crew and great Cougar tailgaters around us that don’t drink and we love them all! It’s a bonding thing for us and we love it! We are passionate about the Cougs and have a great time! I can also say that a lot of visiting fans visit our tailgate and we are very open to all and it gives them a place to bond, eat, drink, laugh, discuss teams, do schools fight songs, plan trips to visit their tailgates, etc. We want to give them a game day tailgate experience they are used too. Again tailgating is not just drinking, great food, and cornhole for us it goes way beyond that! We do more to build bonds and connect with visiting fans than our average fan realizes. I hope more and more BYU fans have an open mind. Be you that is awesome and let us be us and we can all get behind our Cougs!!! We are there every home game and we love it and meeting new people!
