In the 2 years he was at Wisconsin he went 9-4 and 11-3, that's pretty good for
first 2 years in the big10, especially considering the prior coach had gone 8-6 in his last season.
And they've only gone 7-6 the past 2 seasons.

Is he LDS? For some reason I can't remember. I hope BYU does better at attracting & retaining non-LDS coaches.
