harder to monitor the more they get transferred. With demand as high as it is this is a pretty simple thing to do. They are trying to make it harder for resellers and others to just move tickets around and back and forth to hide what they are doing.

I am guessing that BYU made this decision and not seatgeek as seatgeek is now out revenue for the fees they charge on these tickets.
