Amazing CH, CB, and slider (70 percent strikes). This summer he pitched 25 innings of national tourneys and gave up 4 runs. The only interest he has had was from JUCOs. He isn't throwing 88, so D1s don't care about how effective he is as a pitcher. Gotta throw gas. He's an All-State kid and it doesn't matter.

I am a former BYU athlete too, so I have my own personal experience here. D1 athletes are very rare and special.
