One of our more gratifying wins! Washington was very vocal about claiming to be

the 1984 National Champions. Kind of ironic since they refused to play us in a bowl game that year.

Their coach, Don James, looked like he’d been run over by a truck after we beat him in the 1985 game. We thoroughly owned them in that game. It was awesome!!!
