ways that are irreversible had they only known. And it also gets him prepared to replace her with some runway so he isn't absolutely crippled. I had it happen to me recently and we were able to backfill successfully where the new person is potentially starting the day after the other person is leaving and it is making all the difference in the world for my team, myself, and my business.
