The one thing I'm not sure on is your baseline expectation of top 5 in the Big12

I think finishing ahead of Baylor, Kansas, Arizona, Iowa State, and/or Houston is a lot to ask given all the turnover in personnel, coaches, and scheme. I still like BYU's chances of finishing .500 or better in the Big12 and earning a tournament bid, so I would set the baseline expectation for there instead.
