Maybe electrician could have done it for less?
He already has the hammer drill, masonry bits, all the tools, screws and stuff.
Also doesn't need to make trips to hardware store and buy snacks.
But then you wouldn't have the hammer drill and masonry bits you may never use again. Unless you put in another flood light. So the next one will be free.
