2 loss p5 teams don't always make it, but most of the time they are still top 12
2023: All 2 loss P5s were top 12
2022: All 2 loss P5s were top 12
2021: Oklahoma only 2 loss P5 not in top 12 they were 16
2020: Weird year Iowa only 2 loss P5 outside top 12 at 16 but they were 5-2
2019: lots of 1 loss and undefeated teams this year, oregon (13) notre dame(15) and minnessota (18) left out
2018: 2 loss washington state was lowest ranked at 13
2022: All 2 loss P5s were top 12
