same logic that got Rutgers into the Big10. Commuter schools simply don't/can't drive the passion and interest that other schools enjoy. The evidence seems to be in, that location isn't everything.
However, I'm not saying that Cincy and UH definitely won't be good investments. They may break that mold and teach us something new. One thing that likely needs to happen to reflect that is real butts-in-seats numbers that improve to reflect the location of these colleges in big cities, showing they are reaching the local communities and drawing in new fans.
