Intervention Needed
In an earlier game it happened and the announcer said that because the d-lineman started on the line he's allowed to
jump (unless it's the center).
So, if he's right, you can't line up as a linebacker and then jump.... but a d-lineman can??????

I didn’t see it, but I believe the rule is only enforced if it’s over the Center.
