I suggest Medellin, Cartagena, or Cuzco. Or go big and hit Buenos Aires, stay a day in the city then grab a cheap
Aerolineas Argentinas flight to El Calafate to see Perito Moreno and Fitz Roy in spring. That would be epic.
Panama City isn't too exciting TBH. Copa connects everything there, but it isn't much of a destination.
