I did the same last week, but it was merely lunges that got me. My wife tried
the massage gun on my hamstrings because I was a whimpering idiot for the first 24 hours. The 2nd day is the worst and I DON'T recommend massage guns on your hams. The whimpering became shrieks of torture.
