He was at Weber for a very long time. Loyalty and stability mean something.
It took an opening at a meaningful place to his family and a financial offer that was very hard to refuse in order to land him here.
If we remain competitive on the field and continue to be financially solid, both of which I believe to be possible, I don't think we need to lose sleep prematurely.
