Honestly, they're close, but it's a matter of upside and conference record
I don't think Colorado is markedly better than Baylor...but the 50/50 game is now 1 win for Colorado and 0 for Baylor. So that gives Colorado the advantage.
More than that, Colorado has a wider range of outcomes. More top end talent means they have more potential to surprise or play spoiler
