When all the arcades closed in the 80s, video gaming looked dead. That's when
I lost interest. The lull between the Atari 2600 and the Nintendo NES killed it for me.
I can still whoop anyone on this board in Galaga, though.

Played until I was about 23. And about 15 years later, I've picked it up a bit again to play with my kids
