Not a crazy point at all, but I don't usually complain when bosses *help* me do things that I *also want*. Bosses that get complained about are often doing more harm than good. (tbf, a boss can do something I don't like for good reasons that she sees and I don't, but struggling projects are not always the ones with good bosses who get the most out of their employees).
