What if they rated him properly for how he played then and properly for how he
is playing now? What if, in a crazy universe, they are just, you know, doing what they say they are doing, and rating him how he plays? And he has (gasp) actually improved? why is that so hard to imagine? What incentive do they have to lie? Are they just idiots?
