Jake still bears most of the responsibility, with Kody bearing a little; however, there is a silver lining. This was obviously a designed 3 step drop and pass to the end zone. Jake had pressure and got rid of it as he should have, just didn't execute the pass as well as we would have liked....The big takeaway is that it was not a bad decision. Every QB is going to throw a few picks, but as we saw in the 2 INTs vs SMU and many times last year, Jake's biggest struggle is that he makes some poor decisions under duress and throws balls that should not be thrown. If he can keep that out of his game, he can be a good QB (well that, and covering the ball with 2 hands when running). So I am not quite as distraught about this INT as many others.
