Hopefully we see more of that this coming week. Im still not sold on his accuracy- while many of his passes were accurate, there were way too many overthrown/thrown behind his intended targets that the WR's did an excellent job of adjusting and still making the catch. Also, beyond 20-25+yds his accuracy has to improve significantly as well as his 3rd down conversion rate-- it has been horrendous.
These issues vs FCS level teams can not be ignored. If they continue into the KSU game, benching him will need to be a serious consideration, because of the 3 for 3 passes Bohanon threw last night, they were all right on the money and you can tell he runs with a lot more power, so he's breathing down JRs neck.
However, I will stay positive at least until I see what he can do vs real competition this week.
