Intervention Needed
They try to eliminate the boost QBs get from being surrounded by tons of talent
So they give way less credit to QBs that don't have to really do anything special (wide open receivers, screen passes, all day in the pocket etc)

Basically just grades each play from that players perspective. A 2 yard screen
