I mean... if they are going to review the clock, and make a call based on a fraction of a second, at least show accuratley displayed time to the fraction of a second.
How much more time than 0:02 was on the clock? Nearly 0:03? Does the clock start on time? Who knows? The solution of a more precise time inside 2 mintues is a no brainer. But then, we'd all see how poorly the clock is managed by the officials and scorekeepers.
Also, is the clock supposed to stop when the knee is down, or when the official waves his arms or blows the whistle? The official didn't stop the clock or blow the whistle until time was out. The knee went down just before.
That said, It all becomes moot if the QB takes one more step back and downs it when he sees 0:00
