Aside from New Mexico &Wyoming (who would want to live there) UT is the cheapest
state in the area. Even IDAHO is more expensive (almost 10% more expensive too)! Let that sink in.
This is a good thing. On top of that, the homes in Utah actually have nice large back yards, which you cant find in many of the neighboring states unless you live out in the boonies. Utah real estate is not in a bad place when you put things into perspective.
