and Georgia 1, but none of the SEC teams have played each other yet, so the Texas Michigan game shouldn't impact the rest of the conference. Michigan probably wont win more than 8 games this year. Even that isn't a massive win.
It is a tale as old as time. SEC teams don't play anyone, so they don't lose. They then slowly rise up the rankings. When they do play conference games, it is always ranked vs ranked (because everyone beats Mercer), so whoever loses doesn't drop because "they lost to a ranked team."
