Jay doesn't seem to be the micromanager type, but yes. Ideal for me...

Jay Hill head coach and Kellen Moore OC. Kellen makes $700K as an NFL coordinator, so offer him 1 million or even 1.5 million to come be OC at BYU ... work in a faith-filled environment, coach only 12-15 games a season, better home/life balance, etc.

I think we could make an attractive package for him. Also, promise Jay and Kellen NIL money.
