down to 1800 calories and making sure I got 10,000 steps a day. Went from 203 to 168. I’m older now, so I expect it’ll be harder to lose weight than it was before. But with doing so much more vigorous exercise than I have done in the past, my hypothesis is that I won’t have to go as low as 1800 calories like I did before. Hoping so anyway. But you may be right. We’ll see.
